Jason brings nearly 20 years of progressive legal experience, with over a decade dedicated to the start-up ecosystem. Jason was previously General Counsel at a biotech start-up, where he led its largest fundraise and executed a strategic carve-out, and at a deep tech start-up, where he drove a turnaround into operational profitability and built a channel partner strategy across three regions, culminating in a private equity majority investment. Jason holds a BA in Jurisprudence from Oxford University, UK, and an MBA from INSEAD, France. He is also a Kellogg School of Management alumnus (US exchange program).
