Ning is passionate about the business of science, and in particular the process of translating scientific research into exciting companies. 

Before joining ClavystBio, Ning was at EVX Ventures in an investment and venture-building role, where she worked closely with portfolio companies and gained hands-on experience in biotech operations and business development. Before that, she began her career at Simon-Kucher & Partners, where she worked with pharmaceutical companies on pricing, market access, and launch strategies for innovative medicines. Ning holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and BSc in Bioengineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
