Wen Qi backs companies that turn breakthrough science into globally competitive medicines. She combines deep scientific training with hands-on venture experience, and works closely with founders from company creation through clinical development. 

Before ClavystBio, Wen Qi was a founding member of Lightstone Ventures' Singapore office. She joined as its first hire, helping to establish the firm's presence and working across deal sourcing, due diligence and portfolio support. Wen Qi holds a PhD in Immunology from Stanford Universityand a BSc in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Johns Hopkins University. She serves on the Board of Directors of Engine Biosciences and the steering committee of 65LAB.
